Hard to believe that came out of the same account which was talking about slicing up internal organs for sexual purposes.
This is why Henry Kissinger was an advocate of real politik.
I disagree with it. I believe that the United States can become a hermit kingdom and still stay the most powerful nation on earth but atleast when we zoom out, kissinger was correct
