Just because I cant defend some of these views in a debate doesnt mean they are not objectively true.

Yep.

Without Modern medicine I would be dead right now.

So would billions of people.

Sort of good and bad.

I don’t really see it as bad. Sure people die because they can’t afford it but people that can don’t die. And the people that lived wouldn’t have. So I consider that a win.

Well I see that as a sort of truism.

Of course the win or loss is relative to the individual.

Which of course is relative to survival.

Though the bigger question is, does the Universe and the Earth therein, require 8 billion people.

Which is of course is a philosophical question relative to our ignorance.

And the conclusions reached might be either good, bad or don't know, relative to ones chosen angle on the subject.

Mine is don't know.

Though I would suggest that the Earth doesn't necessarily require millions of people being kept alive to deplete it's resources.

Nonetheless I am a firm advocate of the notion that everything that occurs within a Universe at any given moment, is naturally occurring.

Of course the silly thing is, that everything that occurs now, is based upon past events, as will be everything that occurs in the future.

A situation that sort of comes with an inbuilt futility.

How is modern medicine bad in any way? 

Give me 1 good reason.

It maintains decrepit and useless people, who therefore waste resources.

it prevents natural wastage, and therefore also adds to unnecessary global overpopulation, depletion of resources and environmental damage.

Please note that I might also share other  more emotionally related opinions.
