I nominate Lemming… he’s very thoughtful and his unique style of posting gives everyone a window into his thought process. Just an all-around interesting guy .

Next, I nominate ILikePie5… dude’s been a consistent contributor to this site, from politics to mafia. 12k posts go crazy

I’ll think about the last one

Last nomination goes to Wylted. Dude is weird, but he’s not all bad. He’s not DART president material, but he’s undeniably a part of site. He’s sometime serious and sometimes trolling, to the point where it’s hard to tell what mode he’s in at any given moment. There’ve been many borderline trolls in the history of this site, but Wylted’s one of the OGs. 

I literally brought freedom of speech and respect back to the site with my meep proposal. I am definitely presidential material. I also dropped the title when I could bo longer contribute to improving the site which takes a lot of situational and self awareness. I am still behind the scenes improving the site but I no longer need to be president to make it happen . 

Nomination 1. 

The COC meep thread. It needs to be more public so it cannot be forgotten no matter who tries to influence the site towards what David did . A site where only one very narrow set of opinions is tolerated and anything not in that narrow set is labeled hate speech . Even most of thoe who agree with hate speech laws would still see the hate speech laws of the site as being a step too far. 

2nd thread nomination

I second the nomination for semperfortis. He's been inactive for a year, but I do think he's achieved enough to belong in the HOF by this point. Also second the nominations for blamonkey and Lemming.

I'll think about the rest, but I've been narrowing down my favorite debates of the last year and these stood out:

Probably the best debate I judged last year, just some excellent work by both sides despite the lopsided outcome. Wish there had been more votes, if only to ensure that it got more attention.

Judged several debates by Savant and Slainte, and while they've both had several solid entries, this one is probably their best efforts in combination.

Yeah, I'm doing this one, too. Yes, I know it's weird for me to have two invasion topics, but this felt like an obvious pick back when I voted. Didn't expect much regarding a debate that felt pretty lopsided in the annals of history, but both sides put up a solid fight over it.

My third vote is Wylted.
