The term "partner" is a broad term.

This term became prevalent to use to make genders in relationships more uniform, is that right?

So we don't get caught up in anomalies of same sex persons as a distraction, even opposite sex couples use the term.

One point in time, it was always specified the gender you're involved with ,with the exception of using significant other which can be argued that phrase started the transition. 

But it was more specific than "partner". Society still sees the irregularity in a male saying my boyfriend , so to downplay attention to that, let's muzzle the controversy by homogenizing the language. It also keeps us "politically correct". 

A female saying my girlfriend is a take it or leave it as colloquially it has been expressed differently for some reason usually that a female's girlfriend usually carries no sexual element.

With a male, not colloquially perpetuated. Can anybody share why that has been?

Same sex couples, do you feel shame, embarrassment, not being more specific than saying "partner"?

Gays should just be called boykissers.

Female gay sex is nice, male gay sex is yuck. Duhh. 

They think its love, but its not.

Love can only exist in straight relationships approved by God.

Yeah, female gay is different, because its not same.

Because women mess around with one another all the time whether they are gay or not, so we assume it's OK. For example, two female friends can sleep together, and I don’t mean having sex. They can kiss each other in the cheek too, and sometimes in the lips, it's not a big deal in the end.

It's not the same for men, we don’t do that, it's frowned upon because it's a gay behavior. 

Female homosexuality is boring. Male homosexuality has twice the fun. (just need more soap)

Opposite is true. Women can last much much longer despite climaxing, for starters.

So what if they can last longer if they are only in the mood when the planets align?
