You are not going to convince anyone that Miami lacks enough immigrants. I lived half of my life nin South Florida and Miami in particular you seem to run into more apanish speakers than English speakers. That hotel needs to be punished for not raising wages enough to attract good workers. Not punished by government but by hotel guests.
