Do females add make up to their face because they're dissatisfied with the appearance of it?

Do females add make up to their face because they're satisfied with their face pre-make-up or is it because they're not satisfied with the appearance of it?

This was inspired by another topic with an individual that raises a question and it should be thought about.

Any female individuals feel free to definitely come forth.

I am not a female but I'm pretty sure that's different from individual to individual.

There are not female individuals in this forum, I'm afraid. 

As to the make up, it's pretty clear that women wear it because they want to emphasize those features that make them look healthier and thus sexually atractive. It's a sort of competition with other women to get the best male specimen that can produce the best offspring possible.
