Okay, time for science.

"Happiness" is a group of hormones that are produced, stored and released by your body.

When they are released, you feel happy.

However, there is a catch. They are not unlimited in supply.

If you use too much of happy hormones, what happens is that you "run out of happiness".

The condition where you run out of happiness is when you become very happy for a short time, using up all your happiness supplies. Then after happiness supplies run out, you cannot be happy anymore until supplies are restored by production of hormones.

To prevent yourself from "running out of happiness", you must use your happiness carefully.

If you engage in activities that bring too much happiness, you will use up your happiness supply really quickly.

Take for example, when you listen to music. The more you listen to music, the less happier it makes you. At first, its great, but later it just doesnt make you happy anymore. Thats because you used up all your happiness supplies.

So in order to have good amount of happiness supplies, you must first understand that happiness supplies last longer if you use them less.

If I try to do activities that make me happy all the time, what will happen is that they will stop making me happy.

However, if I spend time doing boring activities, I wont be using my happiness supplies, allowing them to be increased during boring activities to be used later. Then when I do fun activities after boring activities, they will make me much more happy than if I just did fun activities all the time without doing boring activities first.

they say happiness is a choice that one makes. they choose to be happy. but they also say relationships are important for happiness. what if you dont have healthy relationships? then you can only fake it till you make it... try to be happy until you have relationships. i think the bottom line is that we can try to maximize our happiness with the choices we make, but there are objective things necessary for maximal happiness.

I cant have negative thoughts if I dont think.

Now, healthy relationships? Yeah, thats just asking too much from me.

I have severe form of autism and slow thinking.

I make people around me feel very awkward. I think its a special power of mine. I get into verbal argument with people by accident. I dont even plan it. It just happens on its own.

I have spent years studying human language and trying to create a form of speech that wont get me into fights.

I have studied everything from basic elements of poetry, such as repetition of words/letters in text, repetitive pattern of poems/texts, then applied it to regular talk.

But really, I have never been able to just make small talk. I guess part of my brain that was in charge for that has died.

I would suggest that:

Happy is a readily used word that defines a raft of positive physiological responses to a raft of externally applied or acquired stimuli.

I would further suggest that:

All people do not necessarily respond in the same way to the same stimulus.

Are you happy with my brief assessment?

Some people believe in the opposite.

For example, semen retention is said to increase happiness but it has no external stimuli, as opposed to semen release which usually comes with external stimuli.

Of course, I must say I do feel happier when I dont masturbate, but I also feel like I am gonna explode.

Oh well, win some, lose some.

it's good to point out that everyone is different... but when we're trying to talk in general terms, all we can really do is talk in generalizations.

Wouldn't it be great if all one had to worry about was masturbation.

Though I would suggest that masturbation related signals are triggered by primal automatic  inbuilt switches, over which we have very little conscious control.

Over time inbuilt programmes reduce the need for and therefore frequency of switch gear operations.

Is that a euphemism I don't know about Dep?

Do you still fight, fly and pause regularly?

No but it wouldn't be hard to trigger it.

I reckon a couple of actors could do it for under $200 smackers.
And for a small fee of $179.99 you to can have ya fight or flight triggered.

Maybe its good to trigger it once evry 5 years.
Does it differ much then edrenalin pump.

I've heard of these pumps.

But don't think I will bother.

I'll put the $179.99 towards a new bike.

Im scary.
I don't get fucked with.  I belive i could nearly alone trigger someone

Actually.
Triggering someone frighty fright.  ,
Would not be good for those over 50.

Triggering that and not a heart attack may be difficult.

So you are going to need to sign something first.

OK.

I've just autographed my shopping list Mr Scary.

I'm expecting a boomerang through my kitchen window any moment now.

And I've also just put on some didgeridoo music to add to the frisson.

Tissues at the ready.

Your brain chemistry is what makes your choice.

I guess in Christian world, they still believe in free will and circles and shit.
