Like, all I see on internet is people bullying others. The internet isnt there for any education or reasonable discussion. Its there so people could judge and bully others under the mask of anonymity.

Yes. There are, of course, consequences for society, but we are anyway way past the point where society could be saved.
What one must say is that in the past, weakest ones used to get bullied.
However, today, many more get bullied thanks to the internet, in addition to the regular bullying of the weakest ones at schools.
