So overall, Pro got 14 points and Con got 13. This was super close, but Pro won out. Good job to both!
While the DDO one was good, the rest were groaners and largely unfunny from con. Pro had better and more topical memes in general. Loved the “me when a mod deletes a vote”.

Wasn't going to vote on this, but the CVB.
https://imgflip.com/i/2ykyk9 was my favourite meme
Voting all pro because the only good meme was the "stepped in shit" one
Con's memes appealed to me more
Countering votebomb of death23.

I evaluated each meme and gave it a point if I liked it. At round 5 after wrick had posted, I had wrick up 4 memes. I then looked at omar's memes once he posted. I like his first three memes, only down by 1 know. The 4th meme wasn't that funny. It comes down to the last meme, and what does omar do? Make a political meme. Since I'm conservative, I didn't like the meme. By the description, it is a subjective vote, so pro wins by one meme. If con had stayed away from some of the political memes in the debate, especially the final round, there would be a very good chance he would have tied or won. Pro wins by 1 meme. Congrats Pro.
imgflip is normies anyway
111th comment with 11 votes, oh lord I'm on a whole other level.
Thanks.
I did try to ask Debaticus to do it but he said no even though his vote was for me stated in his reasoning of the vote which was "stepped in shit" that came from my DDO reference of my meme.
Not a problem. I always copy and paste them in the comment section to make it easier for the voter to change their vote.
Thanks, I copied it before I asked haha, I wouldn't have done that if I'd known you put them in the comments for me :D
Vote deleted per your PM request!

Can you change your vote or are you have a problem doing it?
Kind of being pushy since there is 2 hours left and I was doing other things until I realised I had notifications waiting for me to answer to on DDO.
Did you report yourself? Is that how you are trying to remove it?
It's cool dude, you had some funny ones lol
Close debate.
Thanks.
Sorry about not really having a criteria in mind but we were really quick about making the debate and most of the time I was helping Wrick-It-Raplh understand what imgflip which I found from a debate with Type1 and Sparrow. We weren't even ready to say how many memes there would be which can be found in the several comments at the start.
Oh welp, but it says "votes" in the description, which implies all categories, but I'll change it since no one else did that lol :)
I don't know what you mean but Ragnar was countering Debaticus' vote.
"Ragnar gave all categories to you"
What do you mean?
You didn't say anything when Ragnar gave all categories to you
Why are you are not voting on only the first criteria?
Due to the voting competition mostly.
so many votes.
epic.
Didn't know that. Thanks.
Counter Vote Bomb
CVB?
Thanks for the vote.
>>I liked the implicit reference to the Dunning-Kruger effect
Wasn't really going for that but I understand yes Crowder does think he is more intelligent than he think he is. The change my mind segment is used as a sort of ego boost instead changing his mind. This is what occurs when someone barely starts off at a field and even though he has been doing this for a while it still does seem like he thinks of himself better than he actually is.
>>I don't have any strong opinions on Crowder though.
I do because of his spread of misinformation.
No worries. I liked the implicit reference to the Dunning-Kruger effect, I don't have any strong opinions on Crowder though.
At least we agree that Steven Crowder is st*pid.
Sorry about voting against you.
Bummer, sorry to hear that.
It doesn’t work on my tablet or laptop
that sucks, are you on a phone?
I’d vote, but the images won’t load for me *cry*
That stepped in sh*t was my meme. You voted for the wrong person if that was the reason you voted in the way you did.
all these memes suck
lol, indeed
Yeah I think that was all you.
The one I did like was the skeleton waiting for someone to publish their arguments.
that was mostly me.
Only a few made me laugh. None stood out in terms of being bad. Sometimes the ones talking about debates were a bit cringy. I don't remember whose those were though.
I never said there was anything bad about opinions.
It depends on the opinion.
Yes, 'Votes should be done from as least opinionated as possible and start by looking at each side fairly. The voters should explain how they voted and why. " is an opinion. This is a good opinion tho because debates should be about debating skills, not just which side you agree with and turning it into DDO. What is so bad about this, or why is this an invalid opinion?
but that's your opinion. Can you show why that's objectively true?
Do you have any from my side that were trash?
I know you liked the DDO one but what about the others?
Yes, that's correct. This was my interpretation of "Subjectively best meme gets the votes."
Votes should be done from as least opinionated as possible and start by looking at each side fairly. The voters should explain how they voted and why. Debating is different from choosing a candidate for office.
Explain an opinion? Why?
Do we explain political votes?
No
Voters need to be held accountable for explaining their reasoning and doing it in a manner of the least bias possible.
Votes = opinons
A fair vote is a free vote.
there is no "objective vote"
Nah, fair voting needs to be necessary, so therefore moderated voting should be. I don't want this cite turned into DDO.
SUPPORT UNMODERATED VOTING
MORE VOTES = BETTER
Ah, I can't delete it. I'll get someone else to do it.
Description says "subjectively best meme gets the vote." Death put the meme he thought was best. I will know counter the counter-vote bomb with a counter-counter vote bomb 😂😂
Ahh, the old "I know you are but what am I" defense. You do that all the time as does my 6 year old child.
You have proven my point that you have no claims.
As long as this is true, nobody will take your arguments seriously.
Have a good day.
My work here is done.
As are you.
