Trump’s mass deportation is nothing more than a “political win” for him. He doesn’t really care about the border, considering he heavily influenced Republicans in the senate to reject the bipartisan border bill. Native born Americans commit more crime on average than undocumented migrants.

Making this concise and succinct due to time.

Deporting people that are doing what is illegal is setup for the benefit of society that has law to say so.

Just as the law of that society dealing with those breaking law as citizens suffer the societal or country's or state's consequences.

Also setup as a benefit there.

A presidential candidate holding this as a policy to get votes from people that would vote and want those policies would see the benefit as well to themselves. That's why they voted the person in.

According to npr.org, northwestern.edu, americanimmigrationcouncil.org, and hundreds of other sources, American-born citizens are significantly more likely to commit weapon-related offenses, drug-related crime, property crime, and violent-offenses.

Just look at how our president blames Mexico for the smuggling of drugs across the southern border, when in reality, around 80% of those smuggling drugs across the border are indeed American-born citizens.

So sure, let’s find the undocumented migrants who are violent criminals, but maybe our president should focus more on the criminals in our own country and stop blaming those from other countries.

I don't agree with the deportation of individuals that are not illegal.

But if they have to be deported , then they must be breaking the law.

So the president or any president is only going to sign off what the government behind him will back him signing by the legal grounds in place in which that government stands.

So if it's mass deportation, it's mass law breaking, so mass legal enforcement. So what should be is what is expected of what law to do .

Trump’s whole reason for deporting undocumented migrants is to “get rid of the criminals destroying this country”. In many cases he’s classified all undocumented migrants as criminals.

The point is that he is clearly blind to how American born citizens commit way more crime, undocumented migrants and asylum seekers have lower unemployment than American born citizens, and these people do not receive the same services that you do.

They are benefiting this country way more than they are hurting it.

First off, calling them “aliens” is pretty dehumanizing. Just Trump’s way of getting people on board.

Anyways, yes. The people being deported are undocumented. But, I believe our president should allow for these undocumented migrants to have an easier pathway to citizenship, and even apply for asylum.

To summarize, the mass deportation will hurt us economically and it is stupid to not even offer a way to asylum or citizenship. Also, get the criminals out.

The illegal aliens can apply for citizenship any legal way there is.

Con's Resolution [the "topic"] does not take a position of argument, against or for the topic. This is a disadvantage to the opponent. TheREolution needs to take a stand by description either against or fore the topic stated. Furrthere. Con's argument that more crime is committed by American citizens than illegal aliens ignores that the population of citizens is greater than the population of illegal aliens by a factor that is easily 10x to 30x. To equalize the argument, Con should have have made a per casita assessment of crime to know which population actually commits more crime, but that comparison was never made.
