Remember Virginia Woolf? Yeah, good times.

Also, there is no preventing anyone from being both. Not to mention the lack of clear definitions, from what I know in zoomer slanging (which is not a lot), one can DEPART from their depressing male rat race in which "alphas" stem from (thus making one a sigma) to join a global network helping women in need (thus making on a feminist). I am too lazy to look up examples, but you can just sift through the graduation ceremony at Harvard University.

I believe there is a distinct difference in what feminists stood for 100 years ago and their behavior now. From what, i've understood the debate refers to the latter version and more specifically toxic feminists, who are indeed a problematic community, yet you can't just generalise toxic and non-toxic feminists. Nonetheless, toxic feminists and sigma males are both sets of behavior we need to erase.

Erm... As a sigma male, I don't find this very appeasing. We are the alphas!!!!

feminists stand for equal rights between females and males, that's pretty much it. there are extreme "kill all men" type cases that are disagreeable to most and go against actual feminist values. Actual feminists, those who simply think equal rights between females and males is a good thing to have, myself included, do not adhere to extremist values.

on the other hand, self-proclaimed "sigma males" are cringe-inducing "men" who have a very fragile masculinity. Not only that, but the whole "natural" beta-alpha-sigma hierarchy was disproven years ago.

at least, that's my opinion.

I thought they were equally bad?

Fair enough. These are always the most entertaining debates.

I am pretty sure I am not really in agreement to all I'll type but playing semi devil's advocate is fun.

I was about to say this debate seems right up RM's alley

Welcome to the site.

You should add definitions of those two terms into the description, as well as clarifying there which side you are arguing is worse.
