Yes.

An example. The penal prison systems that use inmates in programs to help run the prison. Either kitchen duty, janitorial duty, infirmary duty, bookkeeping duty and etc.

This is constructive how?

It makes use of the law offender's time in a constructive fashion. They're doing work in the process of providing support in the means in which they live and others live or will have to live often times on a permanent basis. As there are those that will never be released from bondage.

Then in a hypothetical scenario, I can have a list of things that need done and those that VOLUNTEER to get them done for me and turnover all commander and chief duties to me as long as it means constructive for them, so it is .

Lastly I'll talk about the military. An individual that has signed a four year period of commitment of service they will do so upon their understanding of what they're committing to. Such as to defend themselves and others. But they're in bondage to do that but it is ultimately constructive.

So there you have it in a nutshell. The opposing side can just cherry pick scenarios of negative circumstances that are destructive. You can have either or.

Well, prison could use less slavery.

Military could also use less slavery.

Both are possible without slavery.

Of course, main point of prison is to prevent slavery, not create it.
